  • No illegal or unauthorized use
  • User responsible for account security
  • Service provided "as is"

📦 Static Database Orders

  • Delivery Time: 24 hours to 3 business days depending on database size
  • NO RESALE: Data is non-redistributable to third parties
  • NO REFUNDS: All products sold "as is" once delivered

🔄 Daily Database Services

Newly Registered
Daily updates of new domain registrations
Recently Deleted
Domains that have been deleted
Expiring Domains
Domains approaching expiration
30-day storage retention policy
Files older than 30 days automatically deleted

Billing, Payment & Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

  • Static Databases: No refunds for Website Details, Domain Lists, Old WHOIS, and Pan India databases
  • Daily Updates: Partial refunds available after minimum 5 days or maximum used days
  • API Queries: No refunds for unused API credits (credits never expire)

💳 Payment Terms

  • All services billed in advance
  • Multiple payment methods accepted
  • Prices may change without notice
  • User responsible for applicable taxes

⚖️ Service Rights

  • Right to modify services anytime
  • Right to discontinue services
  • Changes may occur with/without notice
  • Email support available in English

Account Management & Termination

✅ User Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via Client Area → My Services
  • Immediate cancellation processing
  • All data permanently deleted (non-recoverable)

⛔ Service Termination

  • We may terminate accounts for any reason
  • Abuse or threats result in immediate termination
  • Account suspension or deactivation possible
